Cancellation Information

For any cancellations made after the initial deposit, there is a $10.00 per person processing fee for cancellations. For any cancellations made on or after June 1, 2008, there is an additional cancellation fee of $50 per person. There are no refunds for cancellations made on or after September 21, 2008.

Responsibility

International Travel, Inc. and/or its associates have made arrangements for the tour services described in this program including transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. These tour services are not actually provided by the company but by carriers, hoteliers and other suppliers providing tour services as independent contractors and are not the agents, employees or servants of joint ventures with International Travel or its affiliates. All Travel vouchers and other travel documents for tour services are subject to terms and conditions specified by the supplier, some of which exclude their liability to the laws of the countries in which the services are provided. The tour participant agrees that neither International Travel Inc. nor its affiliates , independent tour hosts, or employees/agents shall be liable for any damage, loss (including but not limited to personal injury, mental distress, loss of enjoyment, death and property loss), inconvenience occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services or of any other person. This itinerary is subject to change due to conditions beyond our control and the prices are reflective of tariffs in effect September 30, 2007. The stated tour prices are also in effect September 20, 2007, and are subject to change due to conditions beyond our control.
